Product Overview

Harrybilt Engineering will manufacture rail trailers to specific customer requirements, we also manufacture a standard range of trailers including flat and sleeper deck, 3m and 4m in length.

Main rails 200 x 100 RHS. Width between rails 1100mm
Twist function on one end
4 x 325Ø fully insulated wheels
4 x wheel brakes with fail safe breakaway braking system
Ringfeder coupling one end to enable “Trailer to Machine” hook up with no personnel in the crush zone
Drawbar with Ringfeder type eyes on each end
4 x fold down lifting points complete with 4 drop lifting chains
5mm plate floor
6 x post pockets on out-side of chassis rails to suit 75 x 75 SHS
4 x posts supplied
2 x underfloor forklift pockets to enable lifting of trailer or storage of our Fork Grab unit, sleeper trailer only

Key Features

Little or no micro cracking of the ground outside the excavation line. (Cracking from hammers has been shown to reach up to 2m, depending on rock type). This can cause issues with existing infrastructure.
Minimised overbreak of trench line.

Minimal disturbance of trench face making for a safer more intact trench.
Lower noise impact than other methods.
Lower vibration impact.

Ability to reuse the material onsite as hardfill, thus reducing waste and increasing site efficiency.
Extremely reliable tools and Antraquip also have a range of Soft Soil mixing attachments which have used in NZ for Mud-Crete.
